Introduction

Hello! I am Ted and I am doing this blog to fulfill my master's project. I am a student at University of Idaho, and I am interested in Emergency Preparedness. Seeing how the world is going into a frenzy with all the changes going on, I have decided to bring together some comprehensive information to help prepare families and individuals for the future. I will be posting information and activities that can help you get started with your own personal preparedness. What I will be posting are different areas of preparedness that can be done at your own pace. I will post them as weekly activities, but you can do them monthly, or even daily if you have the means and time. As a family ourselves, we set a day aside each week (usually Mondays work best for us), and take a couple hours to sit down and work over preparedness information, and our current situation to figure out and make goals for our preparedness plan for the week. This helps so we are all on the same page, and we can all work together towards a common goal. I hope that this information will be beneficial and willingly accepted. Remember that as you prepare, you will not fear for the future. Also, I will be searching the Internet for good websites to get more preparedness information and posting them on the sidebar. I hope that this blog will help many to find peace and security in the present and future years.
